I'm so excited to do my first blog post!

Loving this Peekaboo-Chic
skirt extender!
|
Okay, so I found this dress at
Sears.com on clearance last year. I absolutely loved it! I was able to use the Sears Rewards card to get free shipping, and then found a coupon code online! If you've read my bio, you know that I don't pay retail for anything (lol!) I love to shop clearance, and when I'm shopping online, I always search for a coupon code! So the final cost for this dress was arou
nd $15! It retails for $70. My only disappointment was that it was a little too short for my modesty standards. So I had to put it in the closet until I figured out what to do with it, because there was no way I was getting rid of it!
That's when my
Peekaboo-Chic skirt/dress extender saved the day! I just got it the other day, and it's been such a lifesaver! The one I'm wearing is the
Bring on the Frill Layering Skirt. I hope to do another post soon showing you more of it!

My lovely piano string + pearl bracelet |
And I must tell you about this bracelet! A friend bought this for me for Christmas, and I LOVE it! It is made from piano strings. Yes, I said piano strings! The pianist in me almost cried when I found out (lol!) And of course, I love the pearls! So this is the PERFECT bracelet for me, and I wear it often!

My current Jamicure! |
And here were my nails! I don't know that they necessarily went with my outfit perfectly, but I'm still so in love with this manicure (lol!) I'm an
Independent Consultant through Jamberry*, and I'm wearing the TruShine gel in Party Dress, with White Stripe layered as an accent nail! And we don't call them manicures, so let me correct myself- We call the Jamicures!
Follow me on Instagram (@happily_elizabeth) or
Pinterest to see more pics of the Jamicures I wear!
So I want to hear from you guys! Have you tried a skirt/dress extender, and if so, where did you get yours from? Have you tried Jamberry? Have you gotten any amazing deals lately?
*Elizabeth is no longer a Jamberry consultant, but if you are looking for one, we recommend
Sarah Covey! :)
Lovely outfit, Elizabeth! I never pay retail either :) :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing the pictures... and thank you for inspiring young women to dress modestly. It's so important!
